A charming pair of mid-century S. Kirk and Son sterling salts in the repoussé pattern. The hallmark dates this pair to post 1932, and I am estimating they were probably made in the Forties or Fifties. In very good condition, with some slight markings to the interior, which is to be expected with salts.

While, of course, these would look magnificent on your holiday table, or as part of a Kirk collection, they could also be repurposed as egg cups... A bit audacious perhaps, but they really are the perfect size for a large speckled organic egg with some toast soldiers. Perfect as a present for a baby shower, a christening, or as a wedding present.

Measurements: 1 7/8 inches in diameter at the base. 7/8 inch high.

Weight: 76g the pair

Condition: Very good vintage
